If you have placed an order but the goods have not been delivered, please contact us at:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us or call us. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, the order will be stopped and you will receive a refund.

If the goods have already been delivered, you will receive a refund, but the shipping costs will be at your expense.
